Although approximately 90% of residents are 55 and older, there is no age restriction.
There are 2 designated parking spaces per home. No parking on the grass or overnight on the roads.

RV’s, boats and trailers are not permitted on-site.

Overnight guests are permitted for up to 3 nights. All potential roommates must be pre-approved through the application process.
One (1) small dog (under 30 lbs.) OR one (1) indoor-only house cat is permitted. Resident must submit copy of license and vaccinations prior to receiving approval for pet. All dogs must receive permission from the park before they are brought onto the property. No large or potentially dangerous dogs (e.g. pit bulls, Doberman, husky, rottweiler, German shepherd, Staffordshire bull Terrier, etc.) or any dog deemed a risk by the park’s insurance provider. No birds,
snakes, reptiles, or exotic pets of any kind. Any pet deemed a nuisance by the park owner shall be prohibited and/or immediately removed from the property. Pet fees shall be assessed.
Only dwarf plantings are permitted, and only with the express prior approval of the park owner and in a location approved by the park owner.

Dishes and panels may be installed on the home itself but not on the ground. Cable tv/internet is available by those providers.

Check Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. for any homes that may come on the market by their individual owners. Parkwood does not have any homes for sale at this time, and does not maintain a waiting list.

There are no rentals of any kind and sub-letting is not permitted.
